Our structure
A tiered leadership structure plays an important role in developing confident, responsible, and capable student leaders. It provides opportunities for leadership at every level — from class monitors and peer supporters to CCA leaders, student leaders and student leader council — ensuring that every student has a chance to contribute and grow.
Under this tiered structure, some avenues where students can exhibit their leadership potential is by being a Student Leader or a Peer Support Leader.
