Our Partners
Explore our valued partnerships with parents, communities, and schools that support our work.
At Townsville Primary School, we believe that meaningful partnerships with the community play a vital role in shaping well-rounded, compassionate students. Through our Values-in-Action (VIA) programmes, students have the opportunity to engage with and contribute to the wider community alongside partners such as Lions Befrienders, Community Chest, Ang Mo Kio Family Service Centre, and Pathlight School. These programmes are designed to enrich students' understanding of and empathy for the less privileged, through initiatives like Fund Raising Drives and Food Donation Drives. Students also get to interact meaningfully with the elderly through the Young Caregiver Programme, and develop compassion through the P3 Recess Integration with Pathlight School — learning firsthand the importance of caring and sharing.
Our Parent Support Group, Townsville Parents United (TPU), is a vibrant community of parent volunteers comprising both current and alumni parents who share a deep sense of belonging to the Townsville family. Helmed by an Executive Committee, TPU works towards three key goals: actively engaging parents in school life, supporting non-teaching activities and events, and serving as a two-way communication channel between parents and the school. From Reading Programmes to parent workshops and school events, TPU plays an integral role in enriching our school community. We warmly invite all parents to come on board and join us today!
